ARTHENS is your personalized tour guide that based on your interests will direct you the most exciting art exhibitions in the city.
Our services provide:

• Carefully arranged art and lifestyle itineraries that are time effective and customized for every booking.
• Insight from art advisors concerning buying art in Athens.
• Access to art openings, visits to artists’ studios and private conversations with art experts and gallerists.

Each booking includes a complimentary morning coffee that will take place before the tour begins, with purpose to get to know each other and organize the day ahead of us.

During this time, the participants are welcome to make a change to the schedule of the day and express any request in order to be added to our program.

The booking cost does not include lunch expenses. The tour guide will direct you to the best choices for lunch break but will not accompany you during that time.

After booking a service, you will receive a detailed email describing the day ahead of us. The schedule will include the gallery and museum names that we’ll visit, as well as information on the exhibitions and artists we’ll see.

The schedule will include meeting time and place, as well as ending time of the tour.

Through the booking process of the service and after the details of the tour are decided, you will have to answer a brief questionnaire where you will have to fll out your art preferences, the time you prefer to have lunch break, to choose if you want to end the tour earlier etc.

Each tour has its own questionnaire which include distinct questions created to ft the needs of the service.

After you submit your inquiry for your preferred service, our advisors will calculate the fnal cost depending on the number of people joining the tour, the answers on the completed questionnaire and your further requests for our tour day. Then, an email will be send to you with the fnal cost for the tour, followed by a link taking you to a secure payment page to complete the booking.

The payments can be made through PayPal, debit and credit card payments.

You can request to buy an artwork through any of the services provided by ARTHENS. All of our tour guides are art advisors with years of experience on the feld and suitable to accommodate you with any art request and purchase you want. In case of a purchase, an extra service fee will be applied to your fnal bill which includes all the procedures that the art advisor will perform to fnalize the sale.

Note that the cost of shipping and transportation of the artworks are not covered by ARTHENS.

In case of an airport transfer request, the extra cost for the transportation will be included to the final bill. ARTHENS uses luxury car companies that provide all the comfort and efficiency needed for an organized trip, without having to deal with the stress of travelling.

Further extra costs will be applied if a booking requests for extra tour hours, outside the standard timeframe of the tours. These extra costs will be calculated based on the request.

Tour hours are fit to measure your schedule and day in Athens.

An ideal tour day lasts from 11 am to 4 pm, as during this time we can visit at least 3-4 exhibitions, have lunch-break and enjoy our walks between the galleries without rushing.

You can always request for specific starting and ending time for the tours, in order to accommodate your other plans in the city.

Please, keep in mind that on Saturdays galleries close at 4 pm and are closed on Mondays.
